This Return and Refund Policy outlines how Only Gourmet ("we," "us," or "our") handles returns and refunds for products purchased through our website (https://onlygourmet.ca).

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging (including seals, labels, etc.)
  • A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Please note: Due to the nature of food supplements and consumables, certain items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges under the same conditions outlined above. If you'd like to exchange a product for a different flavor, size, or variation, please follow the return process and indicate your preference.

Return Process

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact our Customer Care team via email at info@onlygourmet.ca or through our Contact Us form.
Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Once reviewed, we will send you a Return Authorization and detailed instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Products must be mailed to the return address provided in your authorization email
  • A free return shipping label will be available via your account or by request
  • Return shipping is free for all approved returns

Refund Policy

Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 business days
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account

Refund Amount

  • Approved returns are refunded in full (excluding original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a defective product)
  • No restocking fees apply

Exceptions

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used food items or supplements
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Perishable items requiring refrigeration

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged or defective items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged packaging and/or product
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs
