This Return and Refund Policy describes how Only Gourmet (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles returns and refunds for products purchased through our website: https://onlygourmet.ca.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible products under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Items must not be part of the non-returnable category (see below)

Exchange Policy

We accept product exchanges under the same conditions as returns. If you’d like to exchange an item for another, please indicate your request when contacting our support team.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Email us at wecare@onlygourmet.ca or use the Contact Us form on our site
  2. Provide your order number, list of items to return, and the reason
  3. Our team will respond with a return authorization and detailed return instructions

Return Shipping

  • Return items must be shipped to the address provided in your return instructions
  • A free return shipping label will be provided for all approved returns
  • Please package items securely to avoid damage during return transit

Refund Details

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Timeline

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item(s)
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider

Amount

  • A full refund will be issued for all eligible returns
  • Original shipping costs may not be refunded unless the return is due to our error or damaged items
  • No restocking fees will be applied

Exceptions: Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or used food items
  • Perishable products (e.g., spices, oils, syrups)
  • Items marked as “final sale”
  • Customized or specially packaged gift items

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Send clear photos of the issue, if possible
  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping
