Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

🇨🇦 Canada

  • Standard Shipping: Free on eligible orders
  • Estimated Delivery: 6–12 business days
  • Availability: All products

🇺🇸 United States

  • Standard Shipping: Free on eligible orders
  • Estimated Delivery: 7–11 business days
  • Availability: All products

Shipping Costs

  • FREE shipping on orders over $50 (before tax/discounts)
  • For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $10 will apply

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships
  • Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding holidays

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, track your order by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your confirmation email
  • Logging into your account at onlygourmet.ca
  • Contacting our support team with your order number

International Orders

At this time, we only ship within Canada and the United States.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
  • We do not ship to freight forwarders
  • Some items may be restricted due to shipping regulations

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check with neighbors or anyone at your delivery location
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number
  3. If unresolved, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Keep the original packaging
  • Take clear photos of the damaged items and box
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wecare@onlygourmet.ca
